The firm was so helpful in the process of getting my new roof. They were polite, professional, and very responsive to my questions throughout the process. They helped handle all the claim details for my insurance company and made the entire process painless. The crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly. My new roof looks great and will last for many years. They went above and beyond to ensure they exceeded expectations throughout the process. This is a quality operation. From the first time we contacted them to inspect our roof, to then having his team carry out some repairs and maintenance, the response and service have been timely and excellent. Timely and efficient service can often be a scarce "commodity" these days. Not so with this company. They did a great job with our roof replacement and skylight installation. The cost quoted was fair and I don't expect the quality to come extremely high; plus the quote was reasonable given the other quotes we had. Started out as a quote to install a sun tunnel. The sales rep did a whole roof inspection. The roof had about 5 years left. He gave me 3 quotes for different jobs, with absolutely no pressure. The home insurance company had denied renewal because of the roof, so I had the whole roof redone with gutters. Good price, and excellent treatment from everyone.
